How do I get an account?
Accounts are provisioned by the Electricaa admin team for onboarded partner properties. There is no public sign-up — contact your Electricaa representative and we'll issue your login.
Do I need to download anything from the App Store or Play Store?
No. Electricaa Partners is a website — open it in any browser on your phone, tablet, laptop or the front-desk PC and sign in.
Can the front desk still use it like an app on a phone?
Yes. On Android choose "Add to Home screen" in Chrome, and on iPhone use Share → "Add to Home Screen" in Safari. It then opens full screen with its own icon.
Does it work on a desktop computer?
Yes. The layout adapts from small phones up to wide desktop screens, so the same account works everywhere.
Where are invoices stored?
Every session and its PDF are saved to your account, so you can search history and export a CSV report any time.
